The work is composed of nine pieces organized into three triptychs. Each piece consists of a light box measuring 47.7 × 35.3 × 2 cm, inside which two drawings made in pencil on transparent paper are superimposed. The two sheets are placed one on top of the other and activated by a rear light source. Through this illumination, the drawings complement and articulate one another, forming a single image that is only fully revealed through their superposition.

The motifs of the drawings are inspired by conversations held with people who chose to share the journey that led them from their home to Graz, the place they now inhabit. The artist places emphasis on moments of fragility that these individuals had to endure throughout their complex migratory trajectories, alluding to the need for shelter, protection, and spaces of concealment.
